I got well over 2 feet of hair (dry) cut off and expressed my nerves going in... asked for it to be thinned and some of the weight taken out. The girl that cut my hair was nice but do NOT go there if you want the big chop". SO uneven and the girl never once even checked her work to see if the layers were even. She cut it for her comfort. not mine. Its thicker somehow. no i didnt call to complain as I would never go back."

I cannot begin to explain the happiness I have after visiting Mossy Maple, Today Both Moriah and Meara went above and beyond to help me! This Studio has such amazing customer service but for me it was the compassion and kindness showed that will keep me coming back! This is the place to go in Port Alberni if you need great hair and beyond amazing service! Thank you guys again for everything, I look forward to giving you more of my business! 5 stars just isn't enough!

Absolute rave to this place!!! My daughter had a major faux pas disaster at another salon and the ladies at mossy maple were incredibly accommodating on short notice and did the most fantastic job restoring her hair in the box of time for graduation! They are kind and sweet and talented and definitely unmatched in our town! Thank you ladies!!!

#great #place #GREATSTAFF and #prices #cheapest. Great job on her hair and she said this was the #cheepest #haircut in her life. Not like other places that charge an arm and a leg for a hair cut..... check it out . The other place she checked b4 here was 3× the cost..... and the staff will keep you laughing as well cheerful group.Thanks you guys and girls for being so good and #cheerfull #friendlyAnd more!

Love it here, the staff are fantastic, knowledgeable and awesome to deal with! love that they have been able to help me achieve my hair goals. they really know their stuff, make sure to follow their recommendations with any color service and you are golden! red is a hard one to keep looking good but with their guidance it looks fantastic still months after the initial color
