Mr. Lube + Tires

I had such great service here today from Josh! I was nervous to get my oil changed for the first time by someone I didn’t know and my experience exceeded all expectations. Josh was very friendly, confident, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He answered all my questions, did such a thorough job, communicated clearly to me about what he was doing, and I did not feel pressured one bit. I even got a generous welcome gift! The other employees were very nice as well including the lady who checked my tires and washed my windows (didn’t catch her name). Thanks and I’ll definitely be back!

Went earlier in the week to get my oil changed and then came back on Friday to get my tires changed. Exceptional service from 3 different employees, and I imagine the same from the rest of the staff. I’m always anxious going for any maintenance on my car but I will forever be coming to these guys. Not once did they talk down to me, try to up charge me or take advantage of the fact I don’t know anything about cars. They took the time to explain everything to me and not in a condescending way, suggested things to have done and told me all the stuff that could wait a bit longer and that was doing great in my car.When I came in on Friday, one of the guys that was working on Tuesday, but didn’t actually help me that day, remembered who I was and what I was there for.Will be coming back for maintenance as long as I live in Victoria and will recommend everyone I meet to come as well!

These guys are awesome! Greg and Nathan were amazing, so helpful and informative. Greg it's refreshing and rare to see someone so passionate about their job. It was a great experience from start to finish.Oh, and the team under the Jeep rocked it! Sorry I don't know your names.

I was in again at Mr. Lube and from the first smile and opening questions to the friendly goodbye it was all a class act. Greg and wonderful young woman gave excellent service. Fixed my tire oil change and great advice and info. The service and expertise is gold stars all the way. Craig has and amazing team. Thank you to everyone!

I am new to town. Went for a car wash and noticed a Mr.Lube. I am due for an oil change soon. So I decided to pop on over. Wow!Very efficient and quick service. Friendly staff. I was amazing how thorough they were. Planning a trip this weekend. Feeling much better my Jeep is good to go.Thanks you for the amazing service!

The guys at this Mr Lube are so nice and efficient, I went in with to get a tire repaired and ended up needing a replacement. These guys went out of their way to make sure I was able to get my car back on the road in no time, and made sure I wasn’t paying for anything I didn’t need. 10/10 would recommend them

Friendly and supportive staff! They don’t try to upsell you, they show you what needs fixing and let you make the decision for yourself. Great service.

I was recommended to come here for my headlight restoration and ask for Greg. And hot damn am I happy I did. They were super personable and professional, and did a good job explaining why my car should have some services done rather then just telling me to get them done. I dont think i need to comment on the quality of work they did, because i think the before and after pictures speak for themselves.

So friendly and fast! Saved our trip by fixing our tires, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing! Plus the dogs loved the treats. Would highly recommend them !
