Nice staff - great friendly service. Fast turn-around. Never had a problem here. Hours are not as Google suggests - essentially 9-5pm, closed weekends - was disappointed when I arrived on Saturday to find them closed.

Very disappointed with Arctic Cleaners. First time going here. Needed a suit jacket seam repair on the arm. Plus a stain n my left sleeve. It took a week and a half and I had to phone to see where my jacket was. They said it might be on the truck and may get delivered by 5 pm today. I was shocked it didn’t get repaired and cleaned on site. It came in at 5 and I was able to pick it up. They did not show me the work that they did. When I got home the hem was repaired, not perfectly but will do. On top of it all they did not even dry clean my coat or attempted to remove the stain from the sleeve! Looks like I will be steaming it myself!

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received at this dry cleaners this morning. I took two shirts to be pressed there today and when I walked in there was a lady standing just behind the front desk who did not even acknowledge my presence. The other woman came over after a minute or so. I explained that I required the shirts for today. She rudely said that everyone else wanted their things for the long weekend also. I asked if it would be possible to get one pressed today. She replied that it was going to cost me extra. I was really unimpressed with her entire dimeaner. I have taken my cleaning there before and items I needed in an emergency and they have done it right there while I waited. Disappointed to say the least. Won't be going there again or to any other facilities that offer ARCTIC CLEANERS services.
