Dr. Chugh is very good. Brilliant he is aware of the latest researches and well informed. He took the time to explain everything to me, and gave me good advices, merci ! The nurses are very kind also (special thanks to Eric) and the clinic is clean. I recommend it!

Best medical clinic in Montreal by a long shot. Easy to book an appointment through my phone, clean and professional environment, parking provided across the street (try finding parking in Griffintown...), professional receptionist and medical technologist. More importantly, being consulted by Dr Rishi was one of the best physician experiences I've ever had. Professional, very thorough, calm and patient, caring. He has the ability to connect with each patient on a human level and he makes you feel he cares about your concerns. He diligently followed-up with the results of my tests and discussed next steps. I understand the frustration of the person mentioning a long wait, no wait in my case, however, would you want him to cut short your consult because others are waiting or would you want him to spend the necessary time to understand your concerns and advise the correct course of action? I have recommended him to all my friends and family.

Just got off the phone with Dr Chugh, after receiving my blood work results. The attentiveness and care I felt and how he reviewed my test results step by step was phenomenal, sympathetic and patient. Most people rush you and see you as just a number but this doctor went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and understood the proper next steps to take. Thank you.

Dr. Rishi Chugh is one of the best doctors I've seen. He took time to listen to all of my concerns and asked lots of follow up questions. His bedside manner is great and he took the anxiety out of a doctors visit. Was very happy with my treatment + the clinc.

For lab services - not doctor consultation.A lot of back and forth to get the lab services appointment - not a doctor consult. I called twice, I found out that if nobody picks up at the location (which happened both times) it goes to a 3rd party phone service line.This is the service I got from the 3rd party phone they use:1st time: I was on hold forever, hung up.2nd time: I called, the person didn’t speak English and asked for me to speak in French. Knowing now that this is a paid service CloudMed uses and they don't speak English?...I explained what I needed, not complicated, just some blood tests done and I had my requisition form. They told me I can book online. I told them to wait on the phone while I checked again because that's not what I saw in terms of process - I would have booked online otherwise.For lab services, it said to specifically call. The online booking is only for a consultation with a family doctor.Good thing I didn’t waste more time having to call a 3rd time. The 3rd party receptionist gave me the wrong information (which I then told her so she doesn’t misinform the next person).Unable to book lab services, the call centre reception misinformation and complication to book lab services directly and having to call, get a call back to book, is really bad. They also have no email to transmit this information so I’m here leaving a review.--UPDATE: got a call back from CloudMed Griffintown directly, it was easy and clear and they gave me an email to send requisition forms in, in the future, this will be easier and when they call me back I can book an appointment. I would have preferred being able to book online myself as I have done at many other lab service centres in Montreal. Please add this functionality!

Amazing experience . Got lucky and booked the appointment same day. Almost no wait time and the Dr. was friendly, cool and thorough. He made it all feel very fluid. And stressfree. Explained alot of stuff and gave proper recommendations and referrals. Took the time to really know the person . I really appreciated his approach and already referred a few patients .

In a world where one cannot have a family doctor, Cloud med saved me!!! This is a very professional clinic where you are heard, and proper treatment is advised! Dr. Rishi is very kind and friendly and provides a suitable treatment plan.

CloudMed’s service, staff & Doctors were outstanding. Quick efficient communication, great follow up with 2 easily accessible locations. Dr Chug helped over the phone on a weekend calling my pharmacy to arrange medication for me to collect. Far and away the most personal, caring professional medical attention I have ever received. Both clinics are clean bright & inviting. I would sincerely recommend CloudMed. One phone call on a weekend saved me from hours of waiting in an emergency room because there was no where else to go.
