Mayfair Diagnostics South Calgary Health (X-ray only)

I would like to say that your x-ray tech Omar wad AMAZING! I was at this location on Friday March 22, 2019 with my 72 year old Mom she was in alot of pain and was very difficult. He showed so much patience and compassion. He made what could have been a horrible experience good. Thank you Omar.

I am writing this review because I could not get a hold of anyone at Mayfair diagnostics because your number doesn't work and this is really important. You guys need to stop taking people's e medical information sheets from patients who are immigrants. That sheet is very important for PR applications and when I went in you took the original and didn't offer a copy. We had to ask for the paper back and you only gave us a copy after saying we wouldn't need it. When we went to apply for PR we were told we HAVE to have that sheet. Now we only have the copy and I really hope that will work. STOP TAKING THESE SHEETS FROM PEOPLE. If you really feel you need a copy, make a copy FOR YOURSELVES. There is no reason for you to take the original. No other diagnostics company took ours or even needed a copy. You could really jeopardize people's futures in Canada by being so irresponsible. 3 stars because the service was fast and conveniently open every day and staff were nice. Please be more diligent about informing your staff about what is necessary for immigration appointments and what isn't. It is VERY important that you don't take papers from people that they ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE for immigration purposes. Thanks.

Refused to do my exam because it is on a ultrasound requisition. But the part states on there that an drat exam is required. Terrible service.

Ok service, they just get the job done.If you are looking for a friendly and helpful staff this is not the place. Just the lady at the front desk knows what customer service is, the rest of the staff seems to not know simple words like please and thank you, even my 3 yo use them all the time! How difficult can be?

tried to get through on telephone booking line ( only option given), always “busier than normal call volume”. I’ve tried calling 10 times in past 2 days, same answer…too busy to care or take your call. Must be nice to have a monopoply on public health care!

two full days and counting, at least 6 to 8 calls every day, i stay online for not less than 30min, one time for an hour without ever getting through. there's no way that they are so busy!! i even emailed the booking email address without any response. this is not just higher than usual demand" this is disrespect to the patients. You can easily hire temporary staff to take more calls or deploy a booking system online. sad!"

I brought my parents this morning here for their xray and the technicians greeting was “i suppose your mom and dad don’t speak and understand english that’s why you’re here!” (So discrinating). I ignored this and then he make a comment again later like “are you guys coming or what?” This guy was rushing senior citizen telling us they are busy with just 2-3 people waiting and there was 2 technicians???

I went here for an xray and legitimately best place I have ever been to for any type of medical anything. Great staff very polite and helpful. Very efficient I was in and out with no delay or waiting (without an appointment). Very clean environment. I will recommend mayfair diagnostics to everyone.

I went at 930 pm for my shoulder xray, and I was in and out in 5 mins. Very friendly front staff, easy check in, xray tech was wonderful!!! I HIGHLY recommend going here. It's open until 11pm daily and if you are like me a night owl, it's perfect!!! Cheers!

Staff very nice and friendly. I found them quite helpful. The place was very clean and a super short wait time when we went there. I love the extended hours.
