I had dental anxiety for many years. It always felt like I need a good cry after any simple dental procedure. That was until I sat in Dr. Brian's chair. I was amazed at how gentle and detail-oriented he was when he was working on my teeth.If you are looking for a holistic, down-to-earth, caring, and gifted dentist that doesn't recommend unnecessary dental procedures - look no more.Lisa (his dental office administrator) is marvelous! She has such a positive vibe... And Buster, of course. The sweetest, gentlest dog.Highly recommend!

First of all, I really appreciate Dr.Brian took me on Victoria Day for emergency during my travelling. My cavity filling fell out last night and he replaced it. Honestly, the entire treatment was smooth, I didn’t feel any pain physically. However, mentally I had a really severe anxiety attack which literally caused tachycardia and short of breath. I requested two breaks during the filling, I felt really bad for being so troublesome. At the end, my filling seems very fit.Two things, if you expect an exceptional patient care, it’s gonna be difficult as Dr.Brian doesn’t talk much during the treatment unless u ask. Second, instruction or cautions for after-procedure was not delivered thoroughly unless u ask. Yeah, so as a patient, for better recovery, u gotta prepare some important questions before u leave the clinic.Off-topic: Dr.Brian has a good outfit, Figs scrub with Givenchy sneaker. All black might be too serious? I feel some bright colour in dental clinic will ease patients a little, so I would really recommend Alexander McQueen white sneakers which will give extra height and make some contrast.Receptionist: Lisa is so sweet, she told me a few good restaurants in Vancouver cuz it’s my first time visit. Such an outgoing and beautiful personality!

Hearing there was a new Dentist, I decided to give A smile above another try. I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Brian! He was charismatic, putting me at total ease. He also was honest and explained what he was seeing and what that means for me as a patient. I will be returning for regular care.Ps. They have a VERY cute and kind front desk addition in the form of Buster, the most gentle boxer pup.

Easily a 5 star dentist! Dr Brian gives first class service with the newest tech to ensure healthy teeth & gums. He is an expert in his field, very professional and knowledgeable, and up to date with the latest in his field. He is also a great communicator and very gentle so rest assured you’re in safe hands. Plus, the office is warm & welcoming with an awesome staff, including his popular dog, Buster!

Dental care at Dr. Brian Pysanczyn's clinic has remained very thorough and professionally excellent, despite the pandemic issues that we have all been dealing with over the past few years. I especially appreciate his preventive approach to maintaining good general health, as well as providing superb dental services.

Dr. Brian and his staff are friendly, welcoming, and take the time to answer questions thoroughly. Dr. Brian is a wonderful biological dentist who cares about the details and your health and well being. I have appreciated the painless needles, the calm atmosphere, and the use of materials that do not irritate my body. My fear of going to the dentist has definitely been reduced because of this office!

Dr. Brian is highly recommended, and his team including Lisa at the front desk are great. He is very skillful, knowledgeable, and friendly. You are in great hands trusting him with anything from basic dentistry to much more complex procedures where he walks you through the entire process and delivers great results.

I had an examination visit booked with Dr. Brian. He did a very thorough job, listened to all my concerns and even rechecked my teeth and gums based on my comments and questions.Dr. Brian has a very friendly and detail oriented approach.I have had a mouth-guard(prescribed by another doctor) for almost 3 years but never use it. I started using my mouth guard right after my visit with Dr. Brian, thanks to the advice and explanation that he gave me.

Dr. Brian was replacing a temporary crown and as always was so gentle getting the freezing established, which I so appreciate.Even though the outcome was not what we both expected, I so appreciated the way Dr. Brian handled it. Thank you, it shows what a caring and great dentist I have.

Love this dentist!Small ground level office is easily accessible and has gated parking right next door. Dr. Pysanczyn (AKA Dr. Brian) is skilled, knowledgeable and Very gentle which is a big deal for those of us with trauma and anxiety concerns.Holistic approach to Dentistry and evidently has some interest in Ayurvedic practices to incorporate into your preventative health routine.Also, Buster!So glad I found this practice!
