I bought a Samsung washer dryer 8 months ago at a very good price, less than half of the original price, and it is still working great. I would recommend this place, plus there are plenty of options. Best place to buy appliances.

Excellent sales service. They honored the guarantee when there was a problem. They always pick up the phone when you call. And overall I am satisfied with the price vs quality. I love my Washer and dryer. The delivery was on time. And I really appreciate that the sales lady knew her products well. Glad I bought from them ! They care about their customers and the repair staff is competent and honest. Also, they did everything on the phone and sent me pictures and I was able to get everything without leaving my home. The delivery team was polite and delivery was on time. Thanks!!!!

Friends don't let friends buy from Electoménagers Fabuleux. Stay away! We bought a Bosch refrigerator and it was delivered at our new address in Feb 2021. A few weeks later one of the plastic parts securing the door broke off. It had been glued with PL glue by Electoménagers Fabuleux! I have been trying to get the part replaced or fixed by Brian, the owner and had promised many times that he would pass by and never did. He said he did but we have security cameras and a Nest doorbell and he's never showed up. Do not trust anything he says, definitely not a man of his word. What's more infuriating is that now, he's indicating that they never delivered to our new address and that we have moved the fridge from a different location. He actually threatened me that if he ever found out that I had moved the fridge that I would be sorry. Wow.... He's obviously doing everything he can to not fulfill his promise. Like I said, I cannot recommend buying anything from them unless you like headaches and frustration. DO NOT TRUST THEM.Nothing Fabuleux about them, I love the irony though. We've been left with no choice but to seek the legal route.

Our experience with Electros Fabuleux was incredible! Bryan and his team were helpful, guiding us through the showroom and offering recommendations upon our initial visit, and we bought 5 new appliances for a very good bundled price - plus, it felt great to up-cycle and be sustainable!Bryan was there upon delivery, which was on time, fast, efficient, and very clean. When we experienced some issues with our fridge, Bryan personally worked with us diligently, making 4+ trips to our house to inspect the fridge, and worked tirelessly until a solution was found - thank you Bryan for your dedication!A wonderful experience that we recommend to everyone.

Worst customer service. I've never spoken with someone as rude as this guy on the phone...Edit: As rude as me??? Dude, you hanged the line on my face for no reason and when I called back and ask why you hanged up, you went full on defensive for no reason and started to invent stuff that I apparently said (which I did not). Btw: Who care if you've sold 100,000,000 appliances??? Look at the comments here, all there is, is unsatisfied client. I can see why...

I do have to say I’m not one that usually buys refurbished and you usually don’t know what you buy.However they were extremely helpful, took the time to FaceTime me and show me all I wanted to see. Made suggestions, very informative and kind.I decided to buy a stove and they actually delivered it 2 hours later with great care and respect and took my old one so it was a seamless experience!Support small businesses and local!Great job guysI will definitely refer you.

Bought a refurbished washer and dryer here for a great price. Been almost two months and they work great! Delivery and installation was quick and efficient. Overall would recommend this place if you are looking for a used appliance.
