Great place to socialize, exercise, and learn something new! This is a fun and welcoming age 50+ recreational centre.

I think this used to be located at Square One before. A warning to anyone who volunteers here for high school credit, do not bother! I volunteered many years ago for the gift wrapping program during Christmas. Then next year I decided to do it again. I came a few minutes late to the orientation program (I had previously done it before) because my bus was late. Karmela Buzbon and this other woman were so rude about it! These woman need to realize that they should be grateful they even have volunteers. Other students also had a similar experience. Don't even know if these woman are still around but if they read these - fix your attitude when you speak to volunteers especially students! I'm so glad I didn't volunteer again for these ungrateful seniors.

Very friendly staff, table tennis facility very good

A very positive, upbeat atmosphere with various activities for fitness n fun, like Tai chi, Chairexercise, yoga, line dancing, Zumba, bingo, euchre, community cafe, and social interaction with cultural groups: Goan, Filipino, Vietnamese. I participated in a music program of song n dance: Silvertones Around the World. Specially appreciate the volunteers who run the place, with an every ready smile !

I played Table Tennis here for the first time with a handful of Seniors, 60+ to 80ish. Lots of seniors activities, but TT is my calling. (Tue, Wed, Thu).Diana and Ann at reception are very friendly and helpful... thank you ladies.4 tables with singles or doubled play, depending on number attending that day. Caliber includes beginners, re-learning the game to more skilled players willing to share Table Tennis knowledge. More social than competitive, so don't expect any club championships here.Costs about $2/visit. Worthy of a visit for some exercise!

Great community club for active adults! Many great events, work shops, community get together, bingo, luncheon, you name it they have it! Formerly known as Square One Older Adult Center. This new location is upstairs in Central Parkway mall. Newly renovation, great sun light and a lot of space. All the staff and volunteers are absolutely amazing. Very welcoming.

Lots of fun things to do here for the over 50 crowd. Tai chi, zumba, sit and dance, line dance and so much more.

A welcoming place for individuals over 50yrs looking for activities to stay busy. They are Govt funded and offer variety of services for a nominal yearly membership fee and a small class fee. They also have virtual classes for those wo cannot drive or choose to avail benefit from their home.
