The local staff are great but the Account Helpdesk in Texas and accounting in Barcelona, and the awful website and accounting SUCK. Do NOT count on getting your retainer money back without a FIGHT. Their Phone Reps just make up stories all the time and they do not take responsibility.

Michelle and Vanessa at the front are amazing. They are always very cheerful with me and my clients. David (Regional Manager) is also a wonderful person. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get an office. Cheers.

I have no issue with the local staff here, they were always polite and friendly. But dealing with Regus itself is an absolute nightmare. I found the office very noisy and had a lot of trouble working there. Loud talkers, people doing calls with no headphones, people playing music, etc. I tried to cancel my agreement, but I was a couple days too late. I was told there was nothing anyone could do, I just had to pay for the office for the next 6 months. And of course the price had gone up. So I spent thousands of dollars on an office I literally never went to. Over those 6 months, there were hundreds of dollars of extra charges. Coffee that I opted out of, restoration charges"

Great concept but billing is a nightmare. The help desk does nothing to help, calls and complaints over invoices do not get resolved and we the customer have to jump through hoops to prove errors. This is not a local issue with Waterloo but, terrible customer service.

If you want something done on time or expect things that management promises, don't count on results. Offices are charged a cleaning fee and painting fee which for me has happened twice where I was promised office at a certain date and timelines were not met. Watch out for difficulty collecting retainer deposit and exit fees! Also don't expect anything done on a timely, professional and proper basis!

Save your time, don't use Regus! They are a franchise that doesn't care one bit about their clients.We have had a horrible experience dealing with Regus for the whole time we have had their services. We received our important mail late, there was a lack of proper service, and the website is not intuitive or user friendly. Contacting someone from the help desk has been difficult for no apparent reason and having no phone number to call for the help desk makes it seem as if we are dealing with robots. When I did get in contact with their help desk, they were rude and condescending when I voiced my issues. For these reasons, we will NEVER be using Regus’ services again for our business.

A complete scam - management is horrible, unorganized, and you end up paying for their mistakes. Since I could not cancel the membership using their useless app, I asked the front desk staff to do it over my behalf. Surprise surprise. It was not cancelled, and they charged me a full billing cycle.

This Regus location is definitely one of the best ones in the GTHA. They have so many work options, including private pods, general coffee lounge area, table / sofa lounge area, etc, etc. Getting to the washrooms is a bit of a hassle, but service more than makes up for it.

I have been a client at the Regus for almost 9 months and i just love this centre! From the moment you walk in both Michelle and Vanessa are always there to greet you and start your day off with a smile! The centre is always so clean and always refreshing to speak to fellow businesses in the common areas. Great co-working space!

This place is extremely unprofessional. Management is almost impossible to get ahold of. The signing process is borderline illegal back end loading, where we had to pay almost triple what we had agreed on. They are quick to get you to sign, but before you know it there's just bills galore that you did not agree to, as they fail to mention all the little details. Very poor customer service, when we made a complaint they did not even try to get us to stay, just basically said everything was our fault, you signed a contract and were still going to ram bills down your throat. Customer satisfaction is not their top priority, getting paid is.We contacted the police and a lawyer, and in all honesty what is being practiced here is borderline illegal.If you want to be taken advantage of then come here, and if not run. This place is a scam.The room's have no privacy whatsoever, and for what they charge, it's ridiculous, and should be half the price.TRUST ME- RUN!THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.... you can rent an apartment for the same price.
