Unfortunately my review is based on the fact that they didn't show up for the job after three times rescheduling. This final time they didn't come, didn't call or text, and won't answer our calls. Very disappointing customer service.

Awesome service. Moved into a rental property where the furnace was never serviced nor the ducts nor fliter was ever changed. We had a huge spider, dust mite, dust problem that were coming through the vents. Thanks to Pro-Vac they cleaned, santized & disinfected the entire heating system. U guys rock! Thank you.

Fast, friendly and thorough! The guys did a great job, were clean and careful. We had the ducts cleaned and disinfected and the whole place smells so much better!Can’t thank or recommend these guys enough. Well worth the money and the bill was very reasonable.

Kudos to Provac Furnace CleaningKudos to Provac Furnace Cleaning. Tim and Sarah did a great job. I had a complete emergency, a noisy animal was in our ducts, then it went silent. Provac came the very same day and Tim found a dead woodpecker bird dead in the ducts! How it got in there I do not know! Great job and fast service. Thank you, J.B.
