I’ve been using Affinity Insurance in the Hamptons for years. Anytime I have questions about my auto policy, claims or need changes made fast, Erin & her team of women are there to help! They take the time to explain things to me in a way in which I can actually understand. Erin always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m getting the most out of my money & my insurance!

Transferred my insurance from other place and they messed it up. First they never ask for void check and then there was a miss payment. After that, I email them my banking information in July and they confirmed that they received it.Till September there was no payment taken by Sgi from my bank account. So, I called these so called insurance guys again and to my surprise they said my insurance had been cancelled and they never received my void check email.Yes these guys are joke and they did not even bothered to notify me that my insurance had been cancelled. If I will not call them, then I might be not able to figure out what is going on?

The service was top notch. Had a small issue with electrical. Called my insurance (Affinity) and Mathew was amazing . He really went above and beyond. Making sure we had heat and power and an adjuster was out to deal with it ASAP. … honestly great service and great place to deal with. 10/10 for me!

Don't use this place for insurance.they will use old banking on file and screw over your payment plans for 2 years with sgi and cost you late fees. Place is a joke.

When we purchased our first home and needed home insurance we felt confident knowing that we were getting amazing service and support from Erin. Everyone at this location has been very helpful. They have a good work culture and it shows. Matt is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful! He called us a day after we dropped off paperwork and confirmed that we had the coverage that we needed to cancel our out-of-province insurance.

We have house insurance, and other policies, through Erin and her team at Affinity insurance. When we had a house issue last year Erin was a tremendous help to liaise between us and the insurance company and to make sure everything ran smooth. We always get prompt service, accurate answers to our questions, and excellent explanations of our policy coverage. I have, and will continue to recommend Affinity Insurance to family and friends.
