My partner and I just bought our first home with the Grace and Sandra team, and we could not be more pleased with their services. Grace was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is professional and has a kind, warm demeanour. Grace helped me to secure an office space for my new Counselling/Psychotherapy practice. Grace walked me through the process and took time and care explaining every detail of my rental agreement. As a first time home buyer I was super nervous in such a huge investment and I have to say Grace and Sandra did such a spectacular job! Prior to dealing with them I had a little experience with other real estate agents and by far the both of them knocked it out of the park. The entire house hunting process I felt like they had my best interest at heart. Asking all the questions I didn’t know to ask to ensure it was the right property I was investing in. The process took roughly around 8 months and during that I definitely wanted to give up. Once again the dream team came to the rescue to ensure I kept my hopes up. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend the dream team to anyone especially first time home buyers.
