leave your condo 15mins early to count for elevator time. Elevator wait times absolutely ridiculous. And Elevators always full, so many stops. Taking elevators in this building like taking the city bus

Overall, I enjoyed my time living here for a few years, though as others have said the elevators are a REAL PROBLEM. I can only imagine what they are like now with COVID. Yikes. From my experience (admittedly over a year ago now), the concierge staff were fine, the gym well maintained, the view and unit both very good. My two bedroom unit was only $1100/month while I lived there, and it looks like the price has since gone way up.

Pros: We had the best landlords. And the views are very nice.Cons: I do not recommend living here. The whole building is full of silverfish. Strata does next to nothing to take care of the building. On top of that they always announce ridiculous rules like with regards our air-conditioning. We had 4 major heat waves this year and they were more concerned with how the building looked with all these units installed in the windows. People were literally dying from the heat! Who cares if it distracts the beauty of the building". The garage is always dirty
