Hardwood, Laminate, Vinyl Flooring - Giant Brampton

0 customer service. one lie after the other. selling the contrator price with little bit discount with a more than $3500 invoice with no delivery, then when there was a delivery time, NO SHOW. we went to pick up IN PERSON, order wasn't ready. nobody is taking the responsibility. no body wants to take the lead, customer service is very poor, management is worse. they push the ball from one to the other. NO cares! if you have other choices, please don't choose this store. They are SCAM! ESPECIALLY THIS GUY WORKS IN MISSISSAUGA LOCATION, HIS NAME IS MOHAMA, AND HE SAID HIMSELF IS THE STORE MANAGER THERE, WHAT A JOKE, I ARRANGED THE DELIVERY, NOTHING BEING SET UP, HE ASKED ME FOR $150 CASH, AND NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT IT. I CALLED HIM 3 TIMES TO CONFIRM THE DELIVERY, HE IS ASLEEP ALL THE TIME AT 10 AM ALREADY. NO IDEA WHAT KIND OF THE MANAGEMENT THEY HAVE FOR THIS COMPANY. PLEASE WATCH OUT !!!!!!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here! This store has many beautiful different kinds of flooring and the sales people are very kind and friendly when it comes to selling their product. I was served by JD and he did a great job at selling me the floors that I wanted, however I was not aware that while putting in floors you do not need the green under padding in order to install them. JD had sold me this product saying that it is absolutely necessary in order to install floors. NOT TRUE AT ALL. They are needed for specific flooring such as laminate flooring. When I tried to call and explain this to JD he kept ignoring and putting off my phone calls saying that he would get back to me with a solution. He never got back to me, so I went in and spoke with him and he said he would speak with management regarding a refund for the green underpads. It has been a few months and He never got back to me. I now have $600 worth of green underpads that I never needed all along. CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS VERY POOR, AND JD was extremely unprofessional with my situation.

Sales manager JD is well experienced and very helpful. They installed our floor with expert installers. Great clean up afterwards with zero left behind.Material used was great quality and look forward to doing more business in the near future.Thank you Giant Hardwood.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Alishan, who was a great help in choosing the right flooring for our house. The installation team was very professional and did an excellent job. They worked very hard and efficiently to finish the hardwood install. The family loves the finish product and are thankful to the Hardwood Giant team in providing excellent services. Would recommended anyone who are looking for professional and honest business to get their flooring done to check our Hardwood Giant.

Hardwood Giant is far better place than Home Depot or Lowe’s. The do have very good collections and the quality is amazing. Salesman JD Singh is outstanding in explains about the products and he has deeper knowledge on his field. I would highly recommend this store. The material is a very good quality and the pricing is very cheap

That was an amazing sailing. JD Singh explained everything in detail and took care of whole the process with excellence. I will totally recommend Hardwood Giant Brampton for anyone that asks me about our beautiful floor! And the return of the closed boxes was accepted after completion! 10/10 customer service!

BEWARE of this company. Do yourself a favour and read the negative reviews, filter the one star reviews. Those that gave one star reviews are real and truthful. Too late for me I did not read the reviews. Don’t fall into their trap, avoid JD Singh he is dishonest and will sales talk you. We lost our money and they refuse to return to us. NOT RECOMMENDED. Not deserved the one star should be zero.

VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, especially the mississauga location, Rep name is Mohama, he is not sincere, doesn't give any discount, charged extra delivery charge, and promised the delivery time, but HE FORGOT TO BOOK IT. lied saying that the truck broke down. we called to the head office and found out he never even arranged for the delivery. We have contractors at my place waiting for the delivery, time passed and we called Mohama, he still at sleep mode. Then we called the office to arrange the pick up. Pick up address was given incorrectly. Then we sent to another warehouse to pick up the order. Very poor communication, and lack of respect.

Solid hardwood installed, barely a year and one of the woods chipped, still trying to get a hold of someone to address this. If they answer the phone, they promise someone will contact me, and hang up! Totally disappointing. I will definitely not patronize ever again.

Torbram Location - Great selection, price and service. I can't say enough about how well Ravjot supported my needs. Excellent sales/customer service! I definitely recommend them and will go back for all my flooring needs.
