I am the marketing and comm. manager at company in the field of Criminal justice consulting based in Portugal.Recently, I asked this company a quote for printing a couple of roll up banners and they offered the best quotation from the surrounding area. Then, when I actually made the request, they said that they had been deluded to give the budget! The value went from 274 Canadian dollars to 505! Surreal. At the last minute - and from Portugal - I had to look for another supplier because the event in which the company was going to participate in Montreal Canada would take place in a few days. Fortunately I succeeded finding another printer and got the banners well printed and for under 200CAD
