The staff at the centre were very uplifting and helpful. The customer service was also exceedingly great. They wrapped up the info about the RV and how to work it in less than 10 minutes. Returning the rental was also very convenient. Gave us a discount for the extra kilometers we used. No problems with the RV either.

Good place to hire a RV! We hired one there for two weeks it was a perfect RV. The service is also very good. And a lot of the staff talk some Dutch that makes it easy for us. And they have good coffee when you must wait.

Ordered a B Class van last November for May and June and were assured we would get a bed that sleeps North South but when we got there we found out they sold those and we had to sleep across. Despite that the deal was good and the help at the location was great. They need better communication between there online rentals and their inventory management.

Loved this place the staff was awesome. The RV are in great shape we did lots of of shopping around and by far really happy.

We absolutely LOVED our RV! We nicknamed her Minerva and travelled over 700km, which is a lot for us brits! The staff were super helpful and kind. We could not rate the service any higher. Genuinely upset our trip has come to an end! Thank you! X

Not a very good place to rent trying to collect a few things left inside and they just hang up on you when returned rv they told us the mileage was right on two weeks later get a invoice for extra mileage very dishonest and would never recommend this place to nobody go to Langley rv rental and you get treated a lot better and they are more honest
