Air miles didn't work, machines are super slow despite this being a new location, window brushes are very short.

The touchpads on the gas pumps are impossible to use when wearing gloves during cold winter days. Customers need to remove their gloves in order to pump gas, exposing them to extreme cold or bacteria and viruses on the touchpad.

I would give zero star if I can. If you are collecting air miles or have AMA discount avoid this location. I went fill up twice and both times I didn't get the air miles on my account. One time I used Shell app with my AMA number linked but the pump did not give me 3 cents off the price.

Do not buy a car wash pass from them, they close their car wash whenever they want despite of different store hours online and you could lose your wash for the day with no reimbursements. Go to Co op at James mowatt tr at-least they obey the store hours.

First of all I wanted to give a Zero but I cant. The main purpose of this review is to notify the business owner. Nobody looks at the gas station revies when they want to get gas. On May 13th Sunday at 9am, I went to get gas at this location.The shell easypay app didnt work which use all the time. This app helps me to pay sitting inside the car. During the winter,less time spent outside in the cold weather. Plus it keeps all the reciepts together, dont have to worry about paper reciepts for tax purposes. Because of all these reasons I pump gas only at shell using this app. I went inside to ask about this bcoz I know the all the shell stations doesnt support this app.The guy working there was on the phone, had absolutly no interest in listerning to me. He told me that he never heard about the app in his life and asked me to pay iside or go somewhere else, then continued talking on the phone. He was extremly rude am not sure why. I assume because I interfered his phone call. Employees like him will ruin ur business in no time. He absolutly dont care about ur business. I usually dnt do reviews but I had to do this bcoz of the horrible experince I had at ur place

The guy working in the evening closes the doors way earlier than the actual time. It’s south side with least junkies and still they don’t wanna work I guess.
