Took me alot to write this review. Terrible Slow service! Disorganized, chaos. Forgot to make my drink and many others. !! Mobile apps for what if they cannot keep up!? Avoid this location, its out of control!

Ordered in from Uber eats! Amazing coffee delivery! Food was amazing even though it was cold by the time it was delivered. I ordered the latte, feta and egg wrap, egg bites, a butter croissant and a cake pop. Everything was packed individually and nicely labeled! Nothing beats the vibe of sitting in Starbucks to have a coffee but the delivery was also amazing!

Stopped in for a quick bite of energy! Very friendly and quick service. Not a big Starbucks guy, but I was given a GC so why not! Ordered 2 ham and cheese/egg bites and 2 bacon and cheese/egg bites for a start. Then grabbed a cheese danish and a chocolate chunk cookie!The egg bites were so incredible! Tender, tasty and just the right size.As for the cookie, not the best tasting chocolate chunks.The cheese danish was equally as unappealing. Little too heavy and doughy.All in all, still a 5 ⭐️ experience due to the very clean restaurant and great service from the staff!

If you can avoid this location at any cause please do. It took them 20 mins to make 1 drink this morning. If I had 20 mins to spare. I would gone to out for breakfast. Starbucks please do better if your know you have a higher foot traffic in the morning have more staff during your pike hours to accommodate to your customers. This unacceptable and I will not be coming back to this location again also, your staff lack basic customer service skills a greeting when you pay for your drink would be nice, and also thank you after you pay instead of just dropping the cash in your hands, as if you’re nothing in after you spend close to nine dollars on a drink is not okay.

Asked a pup cup for my pup and if okay to make it a lil more than the tiny cup that she’s trying to give thinking just to give extra tip after the kindness on top of my other orders, unfortunately, the front cashier told me that I need to add 50 cents and if adding vanilla flavour there is fee. Too different when I got one from the other location close to home where you can tell how associates appreciate dogs. Anyways, she handed me a tiny cup like a very cheap 1/3 portion of the cup for our little pup at home, then saying to the other barista not to make and give anymore. It was totally disappointment hearing it from her (Forgot to recall the front cashier’s name tho’). This is our very last time to be in this place I swear to myself. I end up not giving extra tip anymore because of the upfront attitude esp when I asked if since when the shop is charging customer for fifty cents (I don’t mind paying extra with a little smile on face and perhaps happy servicing???) and twas 6-month ago fee. Never been heard that from other Starbucks shops. We love Starbucks. I even worked there before. Not recommended for a simple pup cup anymore here. Aside from the service is slow. :(. I just love the parking tho. It is accessible for our vehicle.

Let me start off by saying I used to be a staunch supporter of Tim Hortons and disliked what I THOUGHT Starbucks represented to my narrow mindedness back in the day.How I was wrong. The employees at this location are so incredibly bubbly and on several occasions, remembered my name and previous orders and I don't even frequent the spot much.The place is always immaculate, and the coffee is always perfect. I've tried going back to Timmies but I'm truly sad to say I can only drink that coffee now out of desperation and lack of a Starbucks nearby.Great company and even greater location!

The staff is organized and working in good pace. The comments previously recorded in other reviews, the problems seemed to be corrected. Only one washroom is very inconvenient to customers. Incidents that stressful encounters for myself waiting for the facilities. Staff could have been more interactive, but it is acceptable now. The refresher that I ordered was correct and prompt. Nice day lite store with an open feel.

Had a strawberry creme frappuccino and java chip frappuccino. The drinks were good but weren't completely wow'd by them as they could have definitely been more creamier. Service was good and friendly and they had outdoor patio seating which was definitely good, especially during the covid restrictions.

Full on dystopia, what happened to Toronto? I moved away five years ago, wow Canada is not Canada any more. All staff here are wearing masks and the place is full of kids wearing the same strangest outfits. Nice school aged children but not wearing a uniform.
