If you are not a Electrician DO NOT go there for help. They say a bunch of things that make no sense. Then tell you to get the answers to what he just said. But it did not make sense.

Got charged a 25% restocking fee for an in stock item that was returned 5 mins after originally purchased, asked to have the restock fee go towards another purchase and was rejected, I haven't been back since, rather go to Torbram Electric aka City Electric or any other place as a matter of fact instead of deal with these crooks.

Customer service is horrendous. Called in to make sure they had a part I needed. Come to the store and they don't have it. The manager or whoever it was said they never took my call. The phone number I told them was their number.
