They are amazing! Last winter super busy during the cold spell, as soon as I said I just had a baby, they were here quick to fix my furnace. Couldn't be happier with the service my family ways gets. My family has been customers for over twenty years.

Cathy is a blight on what may otherwise be a good company. She never answers the phone - I called from outside their office more than once since she wouldn’t answer, she lets it go to voicemail, I go in the office and she’s sitting at her desk playing on her cell phone. Doesn’t return phone calls and doesn’t follow up when she says she will. She never has any clue as to what’s going on. The actual guys doing the work were good guys. They left the job half done at 3p sharp though - so don’t expect any long days. Funny how she gave herself a 5 star review. The last thing she said to me was ‘welcome to fond du lac’ that this is how it is here. As if she was proud of her horrid service. I wish you could give negative stars.

These guys are a one stop shop. They can even accommodate unique jobs at affordable prices with custom in house fabrication. They will explain their processes and explain the costs. They hold their word when scheduling appointments and answer the phone on emergencies.

Great service all the time

I just has a great experience with Josh. He was friendly, professional, timely, and knowledgeable. The response time was fabulous! I called and he was onsite within an hour.I can't say enough about this company, I was hoping to get someone today when I called around 11. The furnace and ac are back online and all is well.Thank you Josh, and Ziegelbauer HVAC!

Normally I don't like leaving bad reviews, but had to this time, so that others understand what they are in for, when attempting to work with this company. This does not reflect at all on their actual service persons. The man who came out to our house to review what we needed was exceptionally knowledgeable and very personable. It's the administrative side of their office that's earned this rating. Received an incomplete quote after over 2 weeks. Asked to get the full quote, they responded sure"

Great service! Jeremy's workmanship was excellent and was very professional.Kathy kept me informed on our parts status and their work schedule.

Our furnace died on a Saturday evening. I called Ziegelbauer and left a message. In a matter of minutes Cathy called me back. The weather was turning extremely cold (below zero) so Cathy arranged to have a tech come out and see if they could get it going (26 years old furnace) and leave heaters if they could not get it going! They couldn't get it going so they left the heaters. Scott set them up and explained everything to us.Our 2000 sf house stayed about 56 degrees with the below zero weather. The heaters they brought were safe and worked great! Monday morning they were installing a new furnace! They could not have done a better job! Cathy, Scott, Jeremy and Josh were all awesome! They were so friendly and professional. We could not be happier!! We highly recommend this company for any HVAC work you may need done!!
