Just ordered on skip and I'm disappointed. I asked for extra cheese on one sandwich and an extra egg on the other. Never got either. Your staff needs to read instructions. You also had items up like toasted coconut donut and didn't have any in stock once I already ordered. The only thing made right was the coffee and it was spilled all over the top from not being properly put in the tray. I won't order from this location again unless I absolutely have to.

Generally the service is great but today someone needs to know the difference between an old fashion plain doughnut and a chocolate doughnut.I ended up with the chocolate one which I do not like.

While the groups of people hanging outside on chairs they brought from home was off-putting, the counterperson was very helpful and patient with my order. The customer area was very clean with ample seating available.

Tea and coffee with a friend. Not much to go on but tables were unwashed, crumbs and smudges. Floor looked a bit dubious. Windows and window ledges were clean. One staff member very friendly. Another was bothered by our questions.

Gotta love this place! It’s Canadian owned and makes the best cup of coffee on the planet. The atmosphere just makes you want to kick up your feet and just chill out while you enjoy your beverage. Nothing bad to say here at all

Terrible customer service, went in early in the morning & was ignored by both staff working. They saw me, made eye contact & just continued to do what they were doing. Didn’t stop to help the customer so I left. You won’t be getting my business anymore.

Waited in line for 15 minutes just to get mediocre coffee. Kinda ballzUpdate* the Tim hortons corporation has tried to silence me, but I will not be bullied. See you in court.

I ordered two drinks an they had only whipped cream in them no liquid, called for a new order an they told me it was my fault cause I ordered whipped topping on my drink. I was denied to talk to the owner of the store an laughed at as well. Worst tim hortons in Winnipeg, north end has better ones.

Pretty bad order on skip tonight. I asked for a blueberry muffin and got a raisin bran muffin. I asked for 2 cookies and got a snacker". Your employees need to ask questions if they aren't sure what certain things are. You also need to recheck bags before allowing them to go out unless they are accurate."
