Always a pleasure to talk to Gail and fellow team members about travel.

Website and door said they were open until 5:30pm. Arrived at 5:15pm and the door was already locked. While I tried to open the door they hid in the back and turned off the lights. Came up and turned off her computer at 5:20pm. She already had her coat on.

Excellent as always. Gail really cares about her clients to ensure they have the best trip possible. I could not think of working with anyone else!!!! Thank you for all you do!!!!

Yes we can find cheap flights and hotels online but when something goes wrong, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!!! I always go to see a travel agent regardless, would rather pay a couple of bux more to have the peace of mind and at-least you can call the travel agent if anything happens and they will take care of it!!! It is a NO BRAINER. Proud to have been dealing with our family Travel Agent Gail C. she goes above and beyond and never had an issue booking with her. Corwin is an awesome guy to speak with who is very well versed and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to travel. Tanis was pleasant to speak with by welcoming the clients and so is Kim. Overall Ill keep going back to Ixtapa Travel. Peace of mind is worth a couple of extra bux especially when traveling out of Canada
