Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

Dynacare laboratory is a health care setting and facility. There is no reason that a type of test should be said loudly where everybody can hear. Some patients can be embarrassed or want these things to be left confidentially. I told the person, Daisy, to not say it so loudly and she responded to me “Well you came here right?”. Yes, I came here but not for everybody to know the type of test I’m getting. Otherwise, rest of staff was nice.

Line up was already a 40+ min wait. When I checked in they said I need to do online check in. Who knew. So I’m waiting 2 hrs due I’m on a list of no online check in. Already have a migraine and now fasting and this long wait it’s a joke. Feeling very nauseous. Thank you.

5 stars if you have time, patience, and you are not too hungry that day. One hour + wait when I walked in. I rated 5 stars because of the technicians, and people in the front desk are mostly nice and on top of everything (considering the number of people they serve). Parking is a pain... again due to the number of people and also the Tim hortons drive-thru. Shame on you for parking like that ... Mercedes-Benz

This place is total mess , I am trying to ask them send my test result to my doctor and they just ignored every time !They just said get pdf result from app and emailed to your doctor !! My doctor doesn’t have , so what can I do ?!! I checked my results on app and I have serious infection !! I am so disappointed ! Nobody answer the phone and even when I went over there , they didn’t solve my problem !! Hopefully somebody read this and help ! Wake up management !! We don’t pay to Dynacare app to make more problem for ourselves !!

Susan is very nice and friendly. She made me and my husband feel very comfortable and stress free when she is doing the blood test for us. Great experience.

I went to Lifelabs 10 days ago and they asked me for over $300.00 for two of my blood tests I went back to my doctor and told him about it. He was surprised and told me to go to another lab. Today I went to Dyncare the asked only for $55.00. Their services are a way better than the other one. Everybody who work there are very polite and friendly and nurses are very expert. Thank you Lifelabs for being at my neighborhood.

I do not recommend this place. Even though I do net-check in and go there earlier, still got to wait quite a while. Because the workers are not organized. On the waiting list, my waiting is 2 min, then becomes 7 min. People behind me go in but I am still waiting. Then my waiting is 2 min again and becomes 5 min. All because they misplace my requisition. Terrible place.

A few days back went for a complete blood and urine test there. It is really neat and clean place. The wait time was only fifteen minutes. The nurse Daisy who took my blood samples was very friendly and pleasant. The whole staff seemed to be very nice too. I recommend greatly this place for blood tests etc.

Updated Sep 2021During covid, they have implemented online appointments system. Got there on time and they have someone at the door asking for the requisition and health card.Then I was asked to go inside and get a seat. Waited around 5 mins and was called to one of the cubicles. Waited another 5 mins there and it was my turn to draw some blood.Visited during weekday afternoon and only 4-5 patients in the waiting area, good social distancing.The lady who took my blood is polite and friendly, but she's still not the best needle poker and I do feel a bit more pain than the best nurse (who has already retired) at my previous location.Toilet is cleaned but no plastic bags are given to out the urine sample.
