When I originally spoke on the phone about what I was coming in for either partial highlights or a partial balayage I was told that the price for the partial highlights would be up to 180 max and the FULL balayage would be 280 (shown on the website) I had a consultation over the phone twice about what kind of hair I had which I then told them I had medium length and medium thickness, and have dyed my hair many times before. As I sat down I showed the stylist the reference photo as well as the one that she had emailed already I specifically explained I didn’t want a full balayage I wanted face framing highlights then she proceeded to tell me told me be $260 for a FEW highlights in my hair and that they charge for toner she was being rude to my friend and I saying that she only had 2 hours and “didn’t wanna waste time giving a consultation” after I already confirmed with the store several times times with set prices. After I travelled over an hour to come even after coming in earlier as their request last minute. Extremely frustrating for me.

I had the pleasure of having Mari do my perm on my very long hair. Mari is so attentive, caring and very professional. She made sure throughout the visit that I was comfortable, explained the steps she was taking, and overall showed caring into her work. She's a beautiful human and loves what she does and it shows. I would recommend 100%. Thank you Mari for the time & patience shown in my appointment.

Joumana is fantastic! She gives her professional opinion but will still do what you ask her. It's rare to find a hair stylist who actually listens to you. Glad to have found an amazing stylist!

I had treatment plus haircut on last Wednesday with Briar. She is professional in hair styling and haircut. Also I discussed with Mari about hair straightening, she checked my hair and new grown hair to make sure that my hair wouldn’t get damaged during treatment. I liked her honest and professional advise.

I had my hair cut and colored blonde by Marium and it was a great experience. She knew exactly what to do to get my hair the way I wanted and she was fast and super friendly too!I would absolutely recommend her services and will be back

Keratin TreatmentService and the ambiance was amazing. However I am not happy with the Treatment results. I thought My hair will be straight at least for a week. After a one wash hair is back to my normal curly hair. Disappointed :(

I went to The Lounge hair for the first time to get my hair cut. Joumana was my hair stylist and I think that she did pretty good. She listened and understood my concerns and she cut my hair just like I wanted. I was happy overall.

Today was my first time going into this salon and I have to say I had a great experience!! Mervin did my hair and I walked out feeling like a million bucks :-) last year I coloured my hair dark and it was the worst decision I’ve made, he colour corrected my hair and started the process of going blonde again ! I highly recommend anyone to go here !!
