I'm the kinda girl who doesnt like change. Going to a new place and having a new hairdresser is very frightening for me. I have to admit I'm so glad I came here and took a chance. Cynthia was the lady who did my hair. She was amazing. Listened to me , wasn't pushy, gave me professional suggestionsAll in all.. shes wonderful and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know. Excellent job!!!!!

Horrible never go here hair was uneven all chopped up had to go to another salon and have them fix it

I had a very bad experience I will never go here again. All I asked was for them to take all the dead ends off and make it all one length instead she gives me 3 layers! Like come on all I asked was for a simple cut she couldn’t even due that! I paid 28 dollars for her to make a mess of my hair!! I would of her rather just say oh I can’t due that then her make a mess!

Absolutely Do not go here for a colour service. I'm honestly beyond disappointed. I booked in for a full head of highlights with someone who said they had 20+ years of experience in the field. I spent over 120 dollars PLUS a tip and did not realize how horribly done my hair was until I got home. I now have had to spend another 150 to have it fixed by someone else. A full head of highlights is pretty straight forward...however, I ended up with bleach bleed all over the top of my hair as well as underneath by someone who had 20 years of experience? ridiculous. It looks like my highlights literally go horizontal at some parts. The stylists at the salon I went to fix the job were all mortified and so was I.I will absolutely be demanding a refund of service and wanted to share in an effort to prevent other potential clients from having the same experience. I will say that my stylist was very lovely, however that does excuse this unacceptable service.

I had Christi as my hair dresser today at the Belleville location and she is amazing. I absolutely love my hair, and in my 60 years I have only been able to say this 2 or 3 times . She did an amazing job and I will definitely be back as long as she is my stylists . Thank you Christi your are the best.

Took me at short notice to do a perm for me and Sandy did a great job. Friendly staff and live my new do!

My partner and I both had our hair cuts done here today, MORE than pleased with the customer service, attentiveness and professional job both Sandy and Cynthia did. Very happy and we will be come back from now on!

I went in here with a horrible hair color.. Three different colors at least.. I didn't think I'd walk out happy at all considering my starting product, but I'm absolutely amazed. They were able to change it 100% I have never walked out of a salon as satisfied as I did yesterday! Thank you ladies!! Would recommend this hair salon to anyone!! ❤ Not to mention, the customer service is amazing, three very nice and well mannered women.Let me just throw out there, I hate change and going to new places, especially hair salons.. but I'm happy I took a chance.

I got my hair cut, dyed and a few highlights done here by Christie. I tried to do a walk in but other members of staff were confused on when it could be done until Christie walked up and took me then. She did an amazing job on my hair and I will go back!
