Where do I begin, Jamal is a very unpleasant person. He comes off nice at the beginning, but his true colours show when it’s not his way or if you question him. He not only owns the tailor business but be aware, he is also the supervisor at the condo 5327 upper middle road condos in Burlington.He will come to your condo without invitation and pretend he owns the place. He doesn’t respect woman and has no tact when he talks to you. He rips people off and before you buy the condo, just know you have to deal with someone who is passive aggressive and doesn’t get anything done. He basically is the BOSS of the whole condo and he parks at visitors parking EVERYDAY. However, he has his own parking lot but he rents it out to make extra money.However, if you park at visitors outside or inside, he will basically come to tell you “you can’t park there.” WORSE PERSON I HAVE EVER MET.Thank god I moved out of there but just wanted to let you all know before you buy a condo there or use his tailor services…DON’T DO IT

When it comes to the best of the best for anything tailoring, Jamal is the man to go to. He’s the best in the city, efficient, knowledgeable and through his years of experience you can be rest assured it’ll be great quality.

I’ve been going to Jamal for over a decade.I use him for tailoring and hemming of blazers, jackets, sports jerseys, jeans, suits, indian style fashion and almost everything I bring to him I know I can leave it in full confidence that the job will be done and ready on time. If you don’t like the fit don’t run to google and complain speak with Jamal and he will fix it or make it even better. He works with everyone who walks into his shop. I feel comfortable leaving my clothing here than a busy laundromat beside a variety store.

My experience there was very friendly, knowledgeable as well as kind and he made several options available to me to try to reduce the cost of repair. First impressions are very promising. I look forward to picking up my repaired item and being able to use it again.

Bought a suit for an out-of-town wedding that needed a fair amount of tailoring, which I unfortunately did not leave enough time for, but Jamal promised to get it done and delivered beautifully. Suit looks great - like a bespoke one. I always get compliments when I wear it. His work and customer service were excellent. The price, given the work and timeframe was very fair. He was friendly and worked with me despite the challenge. Would recommend.

Jamal is amazing! He was an actual wizard with a leather jacket I bought in Italy that didn’t fit. He completely transformed the jacket and now it fits like a glove & I get to wear it all the time. If you need anything tailored he is your man!
