My dog had tooth removal and dental cleaning. Very friendly service and reasonable costs. Worth the drive from Ottawa.

Great service and excellent care of our 2 chihuahuas. The cost is the best of the veterinarians we have used in the past. Strongly recommend them to everyone. It pays off to drive an hour or two.

I took my Chihuahua for a teeth cleaning & I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing staff! Very clean clinic. They did an amazing job on Joey’s teeth. No price gouging here. Rates are very reasonable compared to other clinics. I am from Ottawa & it is well worth the drive.Very quaint little town. Thank you Dr.Wignall for your wonderful care. Ohh…and they cut Joey’s nails. Bonus!

They really care about your animals and they are affordable. Especially compared to anything I've seen in Cornwall. It is worth it for us to make the drive from Cornwall for our pug.

Rude receptionist…The clinic demonstrated they obviously don’t care about the animal just money. I’ll try to keep this short. I have a 7 week old pug. Called the vet, and puppy needed deworming medicine. I was told I could pick it up on the weekend and bring the medicine home. They explained they’re open on the weekend. They’re open till only 11:30 am. Driving from Cornwall, I called 5 times and even left a voicemail on my way, to let them know that I would be there shortly before they closed. Arrived at 11:26 to an empty clinic (was not busy). I explained my situation to reception and she was so rude and cold. She told me that she had already closed her cash and that I should have called. Explained I did with leaving a VM. We also had an appointment the next week for my pug vaccinations. I was confused as I was there before 11: 30, had only debit and needed the medicine for my sick pup. She said if I had a credit card she could process it but I did not have it on me but I could call when I get home with the number. Long story, after going back and forth, she told me that my drive from Cornwall was useless and that she could not open her cash for the $16 medicine for my sick pup and that I could not get the medicine. Needless to say, I could absolutely see what this vet cared for in this situation, money. For $16, this vet has lost my business. Hopefully for the next customer, when they say they are opened until 11:30 am, they close their cash’s at this time, or answer their phones. I’m not returning.

Fantastic care. When Dr. Jacqui moved to Alexandria we were so sad because it's over an hour drive for us. But we couldn't Imagine trusting our pets care with anyone else. It's definitely worth the drive for us! All the staff are wonderful and Dr Jacqui truly cares about the animals well being.

Great veterinary clinic. I was not a regular client and they fit me in their busy schedule while my clinic of 10 years did not.
