We made an emergency appointment as my son had chipped teeth at school. We got an appointment for the very next morning. My son is so nervous with dentistry work but Dr. Bansal and her assistant were so lovely and patient. I will definitely go back. The office workers are also so friendly and helpful. Amazing staff. I am a anxious person and appointments are difficult for me. Here they handle what we have to and it doesn't add to my anxiety level.Totally recommend for your family.

Service is excellent! It’s a little more expensive than on the Quebec side but the service makes up for it! They are also very good with kids!

I had extensive dental work done due to fear of dentists it had been 35-45 years since I last saw a dentist. I had someone refer me to Dr Bansal and I couldn’t be happier. When the day came to have surgery needless to say my blood pressure was beyond scary but he finally worked with me and was able to stabilize me and proceedThis office comes highly recommended by me I would have gone sooner if I thought there was a dentist as compassionate and caring.If you need a dentist with a great chair side manner and truly gets your fear your best choice is Dr Bansal. I have been to a lot of dentists in my 70+ years. Yesterday was the most positive, smooth and professional initial appointment I have ever had! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, nothing was a problem and everything felt wonderfully co-ordinated and well-planned. Best dental experience EVER----> Dentistry at Renfrew !!I have been to a few dentist offices over the years, and none of them even compared to this appointment. I have not had a good time at the dentist previous to this. I went in super anxious but as soon as Justine started talking to me, she made me totally at ease. She was one of the sweetest people ever! The dentist was awesome, didn't make me nervous at all, she was so sweet as well.For my cleaning I got the WONDERFUL Raelyn Warren for my appointment. She also put me at complete ease and we laughed through the whole appointment!Overall BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I am not nervous at all to go back. I am actually looking forward to getting the rest of my work done. Huge weight lifted off my shoulders after avoiding it for so long! ❤️

I don't normally leave reviews because I'm rarely happy with businesses in today's society, and I tire easily of excuses or accountable business owners.That said; I'm not the easiest human to cope with, but every time I walk through the door of this establishment I am immediately pleased with the detailed organization and unrelenting willingness of the staff to make my visit easier.I like clean, and this place is about as clean as you can imagine, which I truly appreciate!I'm not the kind of guy that wants to go back-and-forth with my insurance company to satisfy billing recovery and/or ask questions on coverage, this is one of the few dentist office around that handle all of that for me and I don't have to do a thing and that is also a real pleasure for me.
