The dental assistant was awkward, unfriendly, and hurt me. They did not offer a bite block for my mouth or asked how I could be more comfortable. The room was freezing cold. Dr. McAndrews was nice enough but while doing my root canal he dropped disinfectant down my throat and I was coughing and choking. They did not seem concerned or empathetic. I was not told about what the fee would be for my root canal and was shocked when given the bill. My whole experience at this clinic was not good.
