Not bad customer service but there's no price tags on anything and i just like to see how much something is without having to ask because price to project ratio means something to me. Prices in my opinion are a bit high. I like the selection but if I can wait I just buy online.

Had a great experience! Went in without a clue, walked out with an RC truck in my budget and we are loving it! I love brick and mortar stores, and this is the definition of one. The lady who runs it answered all my dumb questions and gave me prices and a quick run down on everything! Only reason for the 4 stars is because only being open for an hour made it a little more difficult to get what I needed, but hey, the owners have a life to enjoy too! Highly recommended!

I have been going to signal hobbies for probably 12 years and I know that others have gone there for a lot longer than me. I have bought probably five rc's from there. It is a true mom and pop operation and just feels welcoming in there. The owner is always very helpful and knows a lot about it and her prices usually beat online prices which always impresses me plus there's no shipping cost for her to get it. If she doesn't know about something specific she finds out and has called me a day or so later on several occasions about something small I was curious about. She knows customer service and has never left me stuck.I read another review saying she sold the wrong charger for the type of battery. I find this VERY hard to believe, she recommended a charger for me for my lipos and after researching it I bought it and its excellent. Maybe he should have read the manual of the charger since lipo batteries (which is what it definitely was) need very special settings on the charger for charge current, battery type, voltage and so on. Its always easy to blame it on someone else I guess but in this case its user error.

Small stores but well stock in a variety of RC and model supplies. Prices are reasonable, slight mark up as compared to web prices but then again you can physical look at the items and when you factor in the shipping cost the savings for shopping online I found that kind of evened things out. Hard to find store hours on website.

Never open, it’s the most difficult place I’ve ever tried to shop unfortunately.. the website shows it’s times when it’s open and closed and I can’t ever seem to find it open when I come during the store hours posted from there site.. just as well shop online and forget it all together.. the whole point of having a store is so you can look at things in person.. almost everything is being shopped from our computers and phones these days so much for trying to support local

Cozy little family owned hobby shop with knowledgeable and friendly service. Prices are very fair compared to online and the store is very well stocked for its size. Parts can also be ordered in within 7-8 business days at no additional cost. Support local businesses or someday they may not be there to support you. I highly recommend this business to anyone into hobby RC vehicles and/or model building.

Excellent selection of RC and other Hobbie items and the owner provides great customer service as well.

The owner(the one in st.john's on Pearson)(That lady always there.) sold my boyfriend batteries and a charger without knowing ONE THING about it, and to say the least she sold him batteries and a charger that was not the right kind and the battery puffed up and almost exploded. She has NO CLUE and by the looks of it will sell anything that may be dangerous without knowing/caring what might happen, 0 stars if I could

Been in to look around a few times, awesome selection on items, especially for the size of the store, the lady on the counter is always friendly and helpful. Finally commited to purchasing my first decent RC vehicle today and she took the time to go through many different options with me. :) Great customer experience.
