I went to this facility in May 2019 for replacement of suspension balloon of my truck International 9200.A balloon has 3 bolts and by any standards it cannot take more than 30Minutes to replace a balloon even if you have to use tourch. I was charged 1.35 Hour. An when I requested the management I was told it's normal.

On m’a chargé 450$ pour un diagnostic, sans meme me dire les couts avant .( la loi exige qu’on donne les coûts si plus que 50$ )Ensuite on me dit q’on va essayer une tonne de chose , mais on sais pas si ca va marché. Si un diagnostic pour une heure pour un isuzu 2010 a couter 450$ . Je me demand s’ils commence à changer des pièces à combien ça va revenir ce pauvre isuzu 2010 .

Strange place where they do plenty of dangerous things like not changing bolt on brake disk ...not changing the snap ring bearing nuts... Not changing u-bolt so that it take 2-3 mores times heating up u bolt nut with the torch so that it tigthen and touch the suspension leaf... In 15 years of mechanic it's first place I work where they don't change u-bolt resulting on many job that take 3-4 times the normal amounts of time. Also half time you don't get all the parts you need and they ask you to stay punched on the job while they order and get the part they forgot to order delivered.... If I had trucks wouldn't ever ever go there get dangerously stealed...
