I have used Across Town Plumbing for over 10 years- first as the contact plumbers for our strata, and now for any repairs we need in our house. They did all the plumbing for our kitchen renovation. These guys are excellent- honest, punctual, and we've never had a problem with the work that they've done for us. Highly recommended!

Do not listen to the positive reviews here!!! This company is extremely unprofessional and cannot be trusted with their work. They’ll charge you an arm and leg and don’t offer any sort of guarantee for their work. Useless, rude, and incompetent staff. If you’re here looking for a truthful review, please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Had a leak from our ceiling that wasn't an obvious source. The plumber didn't give up until it was fixed, took some detective work! Really impressed with how he never gave up even tho he had to run up and down the steps to the unit above over and over. Huge thanks and highly recommend!

We had Across Town Plumbing at our home this week to replace a hot water heater. They were on time, very professional and considerate of our home. The price was very fair and they were in and out without any hassle. Overall a good experience and a plumbing company I would recommend to others.

Plumber who showed up was professional. Work finished in 30 minutes . Quick fix of leaky kitchen sink. Dissatisfied that they wouldn’t guarantee work because it was a ‘small job’...I wouldn’t recommend due to this policy.
