Can’t say enough about the service we received after loosing our car keys. Everyone was friendly helpful and provided exceptional service. Pop a lock was also reasonably priced compared to other service providers. They also came to us which saved us having to use a tow service. Thanks for all your help. Our service tech was a very competent and congenial young woman. We initially called Pop-a-Lock to fix a closed door with a latch problem. after observing her skill level on that issue, I also asked her to perform some much needed maintenance on our Front door., as well as to install a new door knob set on a third door. Despite it being late in the day, she very happily continued the service call til everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. Rates were very reasonable. We would definitely use Pop-a-Lock again.
