The Old Newcastle House Taps & Grill
My wife and I haven't sat on an outdoor patio in some time. We were out in the Newcastle area today (love the place BTW) and stopped in. The service was prompt and polite. We had the social platter which filled us up. Patio was clean and lots of shade. Our waitress who was very new did a splendid job. We will come back what a great little place.

slowwwwww service and mediocre food. Waited no less than 15 minutes to be seated at a table that was empty the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a more middling dining experience. I would come back... or not... I really don't care... its hard to hate something that is so uninspiring in either direction.

I ordered the bacon wrapped, cheese stuffed mini meatloaf with mushrooms.The service was excellent.A lot of history on the walls, very interesting.Thers is also a mainfloor washroom.Quaint and cozy atmosphere.

This place is cute as a button and the food is delicious. The patio is lovely and while the menu is on the smaller every thing on it is splendid. The servers were all great and it's just an overall gorgeous spot

Friendly service and consistently good food. One of the best outdoor patios around for atmosphere and comfort. My wife and I always enjoy our relaxing dinners sitting on the patio.

My son and I had lunch on the patio there today and the service and food was amazing. The Old Newcastle House Taps and Grill never disappoints!! My son had the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl from the New Summer Menu and I had my go to favourite a Buffalo Chicken Wrap in a pineapple curry sauce . Both were delicious. I will be back next week with friends, and my son and I will be back again soon. I am so glad you survived the pandemic, the Village of Newcastle would not be the same without you!

Our first time at the Old Newcastle House we used the patio.The patio is limited in size but you get to enjoy the sights and sounds of the main street.Service throughout was great and of the 4 different meals for our group all them were well prepared, presented and tasty.Comfortable atmosphere and worth making a stop for.

Amazing service.Went last night with my best friend, the spin art dip is fantastic!!! Spoke to Tanya on the phone, told her how impressed I was with Her reviews and once I was seated she made the time to come to my table and thank me for the compliment even though she wasn't my server. So good I made a second reservation for tonight withy fiance.

The Old Newcastle House Taps & Grill
Decided to go for a drive and try someplace new for lunch. Atmosphere was cozy on a rainy day. Food was incredible. I had the butter chicken wrap and it was delicious. My husband had the stuffed meatloaf and both plates were cleaned up! Service was fabulous. Waitress was friendly & attentive. If you’re in area, try it!! You won’t be disappointed.
