Rude, lazy, insensitive and the most arrogant people on earth. I don’t know who they think they are disrespecting and trying to intimidate customers. When someone treats you with respect you reciprocate that or keep your mouth shut. If you see this place take your money and run somewhere else! Read the other reviews too

When we first arrived to look at the Sunfire being sold (which had a surprisingly low price for a car with such low milage) we were impressed by the quality of the parts that had been used to replace some of the worn out ones, not every car dealer will do that for you. He was very open about what he knew of the history of the car and told us what had his mechanics do, he even had pointed out some small blemishes that we had not as of yet noticed. We discussed the price, put a down-payment on the car and left for the day. He did not charge any registration fees of any sort. A couple days later we came back to make the final payment and found he had switched some more of the older lines and parts out for brand-new parts, free of charge! The car had also been cleaned out on the inside. We left happy.I'm writing this review because he had said that he'd rather have a good reputation for his shop then save a few dollars, so i'm considering this repayment. If there's a car you want there you can feel safe about buying it!

They towed and stored my son vehicle for a week and over charged him and someone broke into the vehicle and stole stuff and they were very rude and would not take responsibility for the break in.

I called to see what time they close, because I had to pick up my stuff from my car because I was in an accident and when I called he gave me a hard time, I asked if he knew what time they closed he said “I don’t have the hours in front of me” I asked, is there any way to pull them because I live in Hamilton and need to know, he continued to say “I don’t have them In front of me” and then hung up…. How do you work for a company and not know the hours or willing to pull them up for someone.

I have dealt with Jo's Auto Centre for almost 20 years. Jo sold my daughter a car that gave her years of reliable service and Jo stood behind that sale. Jo has towed my car on more than one occasion. He provided prompt, reliable repairs not only for me but for some of my friends.

The tow operator Chris was truly amazing to work with. Needed a tow outside of our regular company zone. Jamol" the owner very rude and arrogant to deal with. I work for a multi million dollar company stranded on the 406 at a blind spot! Tried to tell owner if the company we would pay him tomorrow am first thing

I am his neighbor and I am often outside and overhear conversation with the customers. Never see unhappy customers and the owner has pride in the work he does with customer satisfaction being his top priority

Horribly rude and insensitive owner. I was more than accommodating with having one of their tow truck driver’s have an emergency out of the region, but there was zero reason for my car not to be ready to be emptied today when I arrived (even calling prior to coming). A week is stressful enough when you have a car collision that you’re dealing with, but then to be mansplained how to uninstall a car seat and then berated is just WRONG. The OPP need to remove this guy’s number from their list of people to call to collect for accidents. Would never recommend.

A place I recommend to everyone , very professional , very honest and very knowledgeable , excellent collision, body and mechanical repairs , I bought few cars from them for me and my kids and I had great luck with them , I honestly can't say but great things about the shop and the owner , I've dealt with them over 25 years but i think now they slowed down quite a bit but again a good place to go to
