I had issues with pond algae a few years ago. Isa and the staff were highly knowledgeable, very friendly, and directed me to an excellent product which fixed my problems. Not only that, but when I began having wear and tear issues with the product, Isa was prompt in helping me troubleshoot the problems and eventually went out of her way to have the product replaced within warranty! Outstanding customer service.

Her advice is helpful, knowledgeable, and in-depth…and very much appreciated. Further, Isa & Nick have adapted amazingly to ‘covid’ times: their online shop is user friendly and their curb side pick-up runs efficiently and smoothly. I received my order yesterday and was so surprised with the quality and quantity of Elodea and Hornwort plants you sent.I've purchased water plants online before and received a sprig or two for a few dollars less than your price. Not that you should raise your prices! My good problem is that I got way more plants than I expected or thought I needed. Luckily, my new preformed pond is large enough to use them all. The Rosy Red Minnows are in heaven exploring their new 'landscape.Thank you for exceeding my expectations. It doesn't happen that often."

Excellent selection of pond care products and plants for a good price. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, which was great as we know next to nothing about the pond that came with our house. Looking forward to seeing our pond fill out in the coming months and seeing the water lily's blooms. Also hoping to see the bottom of the pond again, lol.

Amazing stuff and great service. A week after visiting and enjoying the nature and friendly staff we found we got bad advice and a bad product!We ask two different staff for a pond treatment for the string algae that would be SAFE" for our 17 fish and we paid for 3 more fancy fish they also assured us would be happy with our existing fish.Over the next week all 17 of our 1 year old fish and the 3 fish we paid $15 each for are all dead and the only thing alive is the algae!We followed their advice and directions and after spending $120 our pond is a mess! Our children loved all the fish and the water fall but a month later we have given up on the idea."

Cannot say enough good things about this store! They are the reason I didn’t end up filling in the pond when we moved in 10 years ago. Recently they went above and beyond to ensure I got the right size of new pond pump in a timely manner to avoid further issues with the pond being stagnant. I recommend them to everyone who has a pond, they have never let me down and their customer service is excellent!

I have to highly commend and recommend Isa for her outstanding customer service. You certainly know how to treat your customers well. A rarity these days with most establishments. My first order was well looked after. Packaging was top notch. Attention to detail is clearly evident. The plants I received were healthy, vibrant, and large in size. Online site is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. Prices are fair and bulk purchases receive a discount. Definitely looking forward to my next few orders. Thanks again!
