This sub division has been struggling to be fully built up for years. Now that all the bypass road work in the area is completed, I would expect the pace of building in this sub division to speed up. The gravel road to the sub division is now also paved. It would be more appealing if the landscaping of the built houses was complete. It would also help the appeal of the area if the rampant weed growth was cut down.
