We have had excellent service with Nannies Inc. Ronnie has helped us through two sponsorships and many ups a downs. He is always very compassionate and empathetic to our needs and extremely knowledgeable about both the process and policies. He has helped us with the entire process twice! We feel extremely comfortable with him and have absolutely felt like a team the whole way. He continues to support us once our nanny arrived here and throughout her stay. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Him or this agency.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Ronnie and his agency. That was my first time hiring a nanny and he supported me with every step in the process. Very professional and punctual. Obviously he can’t control timelines with processing paperwork from HK but I had to say he was phenomenal with anything within his controlWould highly recommend Ronnie he went several times above and beyond and he actually gave me tips based on his experience when I asked him

Ronnie was great at helping us with the entire process. There were so many questions and concerns we had and he guided us through it all and explained every step. He was always available via email or phone so communication was great. Once our nanny got here, he checked in to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend Nannies Inc!

They were able to provide me with several options of nannies to choose from and each option was qualified and lovely. It was hard to choose! Ronnie was very helpful and always available to answer any questions that I had. We found an incredible nanny through this company. Although some timelines and efficiencies can be improved on the Hong Kong side of things, overall we’re very pleased with the service we received. I would definitely recommend Ronnie and this company.
