Tracy !!! She's amazing. Explains everything in a manner you can understand and helps you get the best insurance for you. Second time seeing her and she's still as cheery and helpful. I can't imagine how many difficult people you deal with at a car insurance place but she has an amazing spirit.

Rahul!! i’ll say his name again Rahul!!!!! He is extremely professional and gets whatever you need done! Every time i’m at Sussex i’m so lucky that he also happens to be there each time, making the process smooth and easy!Today the ICBC system was down! Rahul manually wrote all the info for documents needed for my car transfer and termination of insurance as i’m moving provinces! i’m sure many others would request i come in when the system is up as it is an extensive amount to write out in pen!One time I left my Insurance paperwork in the trolly, and Rahul called me not more than 15 minutes of me leaving and even went the extra mile and left a reminder voicemail for me to pick it up!I appreciate all Rahul has done for me in terms of explaining the various insurance plans, helping me set up auto deposit, smiles/jokes and so much more!Thank you Rahul! :D
