A wonderful place to find amazing items. I love all three of the Sidney stores. Three cheers for the volunteers who work there also.

This has to be my favorite thrift store in sidney lots of great deals

I often shop here to get craft supplies since their selection is usually really good but if it weren't for that I would never go back again due to the staff.This one particular day my wife and I went together and not realizing the store was closing within 20 minutes, as we were browsing with some items in our arms we wanted to purchase we were yelled at by a lady working there; Ladies! Are you going to buy that?!" We were stunned. I couldn't believe they really thought we were going to make a run for it with megablocks for our neice and yarn for myself. When we replied we were just browsing and absolutely intending to buy our items she replied with "well we're closing so you need to pay now."I've never been accused of theft before and honestly I was hurt and embarrassed. I really hope they address this behaviour and it doesn't happen to someone else."

Wheelchair accessible store. This location doesn't have furniture or housewares but their other (close by) stores do. Great selection of clothing, books, knick knacks, craft items and shoes. Prices are really good for quality items. The store is staffed by really friendly volunteers. My favorite thrift store for price and selection!

If you are dropping clothing etc off, only bring newer and good quality items. They only take the best stuff. They don't recycle fabric. Better to drop at Sally Anne in Saanich if you have a bunch of stuff or you will just be hauling to the dump, or driving to Sally Anne.

Excellent thrift shop, I've donated and shopped with BCS many times with great experiences. I appreciate that they want to offer clean, undamaged items for sale to our community and because of that they may turn down certain donations.

Not impressed with the staff closing the store before the store closes at 4:30. If it is 4:26 customers should still be allowed in. If a store closes at 4:30 it doesnt mean the staff goes home at 4:30. I suggest changing your closing hours to 4:00 if you are so determined to leave work.

You would be surprised how clean and well stocked this place is!Great finds plus price.

Love this little shop in the village. Free day old bread for customers on some days. Prices are very reasonable, and the volunteers always seem to make me smile. Lots of treasures to be found here if you have a little time to wander. It is very clean and organized by volunteers which ensures the profits goes to their charity. I honestly love this little gem!

This group of staff and volunteers know how to run a thrift store! This site is great for crystal, glass, China, kitchen bits and linens. Prices are great so don't be afraid to round up to the next dollar; they support a whole lot of good works.
