Servpro was a blessing. Dan and Steve came rite out within an hour of having contacted the company, their work was speedy and professional. They explained the process and what we could expect moving forward. After the initial visit Byron (project manager) came out and further explained the details of the situation and the going’s on with the insurance company clarifying our options and providing solid information so we could make an informed decision. We would recommend Servpro Port Huron 100%.

I meant to write a review earlier. We had water damage due to an overflowed toilet which meant the upstairs and the main floor had damage.They dried it up and then removed the damaged vanity, floor, ceiling, carpet/padding, etc. Quick and professional!In the process… they cleaned up a piece of our kitchen tile floor that was already cracked and loose. That was a huge problem. They did send a small check to go towards a new kitchen floor which we were grateful for.

Responds to my calls always stays in touch. Communication is great! Byron is the territory manager, the crew was; Beau, Dan and Steve. They were great! I appreciate what they have done for me! A lot of my anxiety has vanished! Thank you Servpro!

Byron promptly showed up to explain the process of what they would be doing and what to expect. Jayy and Taylor came out to do the work and were very knowledgeable and kind. They kept me updated on their progress and fixed our problem. I would definitely recommend them. It’s great to interact with such personable people!!

Tyler and Beau were very professional, polite and speedy with getting our wet drywall removed. They were also nice to my 3 year old who wanted to chat with them. Nice to work with competent young professionals.
