I ordered a burger and Onion Rings with only ketchup and lettuceEveryone was nice although,when I get home I find out that my burger was made with mustard, a dry patty, and some of the worst, most soggy onion rings I have ever seen/tasted.I hope it was just an old batch and a mistake but it was truly disappointing when I wanted to treat myself to a burger and this is what I receive.

Waited 6 minutes at speaker before someone answered. Finally placed our order, waited almost 15 minutes for our food, there was no one in the store, and we were missing an onion ring and a drink. So we asked them for our other onion ring and a drink and they looked at us confused. Took another 6 minutes to get 2 items. And in the end the onion rings were just strips of onion with very little breading, and the burgers were stale. Ended up going to McDonalds. So sad this place has gone downhill since I used to work here.

Terrible service, couldn't understand the person at the speaker and clearly they couldn't understand me either because I was asked to pull up to the window to explain what I wanted. Place is absolutely disgusting inside and the food we finally did get was dry and overcooked. This location has gone very downhill, used to be a nice place to eat.

I don't go to A&W often but my son wanted to go there for lunch. We went in around 11:30am and it wasn't very busy. During the ordering process, a man who was probably the manager, asked the girl taking our order to go to the next till over. I have no idea why he didn't go to that till himself and when he took over, he started to ask all the same questions the previous girl did. We kept telling him she already got that information" so it was really awkward. The other really annoying thing was the menu board kept changing too quickly so it was hard to pick an item. This restaurant is really great. The food is really fresh and yummy. The people who work there are really nice and friendly and the guy at the drive-thru is always polite, really impressed with overall atmosphere.

Maybe I am the only one to know that A&W doesn't have ice!?!? On this hot hot day I wanted an ice cold beverage. I ended up with a luke warm cola. Food was decent and hot. Service was very slow despite nobody inside the restaurant and only one other vehicle in drivethrough.

Went through the drive thru just over an hour ago. 50% of my order was wrong. Looked for my receipt....wasn't given one! Tried to call....got a cell phone with Rogers not activated yet! Beware customer's. Open each bag and re check your order. Also ask for a receipt. Better yet, go to Mac Donald's or Wendy's as I will be doing from now on!

They had no Root Beer, No fountain drinks, just juice! I don't think they had coffee either! Just serving burgers and fries! I don't think they've had a lot of customers since they changed hands, probably going to close down in future if they don't change how they accomodate to customers and especially the atmosphere the tension in the restaurant didn't feel welcoming at all!

Sorry but when I went, something wrong with fries. Very bitter taste. Not sure if it was potatoes or oil. Normally no complaints but I have to be truthful.

Service was not at Lindsay location. Chicken smelled like fish. Beans and rice was a cover of old rice on an entire cup of mashed beans. My twelve piece was six legs, five thighs and a rib piece with the smallest piece of white you can call meat. Only thing me and my family enjoyed was the biscuits. No quality control. Maximum wait time for unacceptable product. Called Lindsay location to speak to manager and the staff member who identified as the manager proceeded to talk over me when I called her out on my $54.99 “ meal”. No satisfaction they should revoke this franchise and fire entire staff. Con artists should not ruin their good name. Thouroughly disgusted. Reviews are poor for the last 4 months. Coincidence?
