We decided to take our little Daschund/Lab cross to Black Collar for the blow out" service and were so impressed! The facilities are lovely

My 2 yo Sheepadoodle Murphy has had dozens of daycare stays and a couple overnights with the amazing team at Black Collar Society. I cannot recommend them highly enough. To a person, their staff is energetic, friendly and offer a personal touch each and every visit. Murph now starts going crazy with excitement the minute we turn down the block to their facility. Booking is straightforward and responses and communication are always quick and reliable. This is the best daycare in town. Period. End of sentence.

Called for a grooming appointment because my dog Rosie has been there multiple times. I was told that the groomer is having back issues and cannot groom larger dogs.Unfortunately this in my opinion is unacceptable, if the groomer cannot take care of the public’s demands then it might be best to have a sick leave and hire another groomer.I’m extremely disappointed that the lack of staffing has now caused a loss of a customer.

The staff here are always absolutely amazing to work with. I love the daily updates we get, it looks and sounds like our Chloe is having the best time! Making friends and getting all the cuddles. Thanks for always taking such amazing care of our fur baby!

The staff and facility are amazing. The girls are always so friendly and truly care about my dog. My dog is a rescue and has always been very nervous, black collar has helped her so much in gaining confidence and now whenever we get in the car to go she gets excited! They truly care about the dogs in their care and treat them as their own. They really are a second family to my little girl.

We've been regular customers of Black Collars for the last year and our pups absolutely love it here! The staff have been very kind and accommodating even on short notice. They provide us regular updates when we ask. Both pups enjoy the overnight and daycare when needed. We feel very comfortable leaving them here when we are away.

Amazing staffs and nice facility. It was my 4-month puppy's first day in a dog daycare. She tasted a piece of heaven for 6 hours. It was very difficult to convince her to leave the place. We will definitely visit Black Collar Society again.

I left my pup Memphis in their care for a couple days while I was away. I have never left my pup with anyone other than family so I was skeptical at first. However, I must say I am very impressed with the staff and facility. The staff is very friendly and well trained. Memphis can be little high strung but they were very patient with him. They treated him as if he were one of their own. I will 100% use them again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, professional, amazing place to leave your fur babies. Keep up the amazing work ladies!

What an amazing staff, my sweet girl was so intimidated to be around other dogs. The staff are so kind and have helped her come out of her shell. She now goes crazy in the car when she sees we pull up out front and can’t wait to get inside to visit with all of her friends.I really like it because it’s a smaller facility, not an overwhelming number of dogs. Definitely worth giving a try.

Unreliable boarding. I left my dog for the holidays and she came back hurt and bleeding. Something is missing about their version of the facts. The vet said that her tongue was necrotizing and she stated that the injury was going on for at least 24h.I tried to get more information from the staff to understand better and the only response was that “she was perfectly fine”.With that being said, I don’t recommend it.As I can’t reply their reply I will add my response here.We never agreed on the phone. We realized that she was bleeding and drooling blood less than 10’ after pick up her and the “professional” that gave her bath did not notice. This bath was free because something was wrong as you guys washed the T-shirt that we left with her during her stay (probably because it should’ve had blood stains).As I said before, something is missing in version of the facts or you really doesn’t pay attention at the dogs you take care.What matter for me is that my dog is recovered and healthy and to keep her like this she will not coming back.
