Patagonia Banff

Well what can I say!! The customer service fromJack at Patagonia is excellent! He helped me (calling from England) arrange Christmas gifts for my son who is working in Banff ! He wrapped and labelled them for me, I can’t thank him enough his kindness brought tears to my eyes!! Also a mention for Kate who promptly got back to me with a reply to an email I sent, fantastic ! Happiest of Christmas’ to all the team at Patagonia Banff x

I bought some ski pants that was around 300 dollars, In the beginning of the ski season. The seam ripped after 1 use about 2 weeks after I purchased them. The only option I had was to send it in for repair, because they couldn’t give me new ski pants. the repair has taken +8 weeks. The repair is useless now, because I had to buy another pair of ski pants to go skiing. Staff is sweet, but they don’t know when my ski pants will come back or exactly where they are.

Disappointed, made the effort to come here specifically bc of location, but it's just a Patagonia store. Nothing particular to Banff.

We wanted to purchase a jacket the store did not have in stock. They ordered one from Calgary, called us immediately it arrived, as well as emailed us. The staff were great.

The staff were amazing with my kids and even chased me down to give us something we had forgotten at the store. Thank you so much!

Place to be to enjoy Banff and the ski resorts

Staff are happy to greet you but not willing to provide customer service. They present themselves as people who are more interested in doing the least amount of work by standing around talking to each other instead of helping the customers that were queuing up for help. They didn’t seem interested at all in hearing the concerns of customers to the defects of the products they were selling, but instead suggesting that a repair can be offered after 12 weeks of waiting.Interesting that Patagonia is always marketing their iron clad guarantee on their goods but manufacturers everything in China where quality suffers from being the lowest cost producer. My clasp on my hat broke and the colour started bleeding on the garment dye after a couple of uses. Not worth the money.

Patagonia always has great quality and fashionable outdoor clothes and accessories!

The arrangement of the store and the display condition of the product were very good. but I was so disappointed with the sales staff's service.At the reception, I waited for the pay for a long time. But he kept me waiting in that space even though he saw me. still talked some other people. The customer was already in charge of another tall employee and was in the process of calculating the product. But he didn't care about me waiting at the counter and kept on getting.So I gave him time to wait in front of there but he dose not stoped it. However he was keep doing that when I starting payment. that time I feel like he was ignored me. Because I didn't have enough time. so I kept looking at my watch While the step was help me.But he doesn't care, he talks to them. And it took so long to payment that I almost missed my bus. At least if he wanted to serve the customer, he should have stopped it. If it's not racism. When I asked questions about objects from the beginning, it was a problem when I pretended not to hear and he didn't understand. Until now, I thought my language was a problem. but Is not that. I found out by paying for the product that he didn't respect me.

My ski pants ripped in a rather hilarious day of skiing at Lake Louise. Thought this was the end for the pants but the staff at Patagonia Banff were so kind and explained that with a bit of patience I could get my pants repaired free of charge. What be a great service and great to store!
