Love this outlet store. We just found this gem last year, and have since purchased a couple coats for my wife. Clean, organized, staff are very friendly. If you are a tall person, they also have tall sizes, which is a huge bonus for us. We always shop around the Christmas season, and they generally have massive sales at that time. 50% off our latest order with them. Would recommend.

I think their days are numbered. You can buy they're stuff at Costco at way better prices. You can buy the equivalent at Marks at better prices.Overpriced from the get go, and then they advertise sales, which are still more than comparative products.

Great quality clothing! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention they were having a fantastic sale. Even full price, their clothing is so worth it!

My zipper broke on my winter coat this morning so I have to shop for a new one. They had nothing I liked bigger than a small but it is to be expected in February. Would be a great place to check when the winter clothing comes out in the early fall.

Good, well made clothing that frequently you can get some great sales/discounts on. Check the Eddie Bauer Canada website for sales. Unfortunately, the website does not reflect what is in stock at any specific store.

Never have I been more disgusted with a company in my entire life than I was today with Eddie Bauer. I am a long time customer of this company and have spent large a lot of money purchasing items over the years and after today I will no longer support them! I recently purchased a jacket and literally had it go up in flames (while wearing it) from a tiny spark hitting the back. I am an avid outdoors women and have been around many fires in my life and never seen a piece of clothing catch on fire as quick as this jacket did. I understand the warranty is for manufacturers defects but I truly thought the company would be a little more sympathetic and concerned considering their coats are highly flammable and could have potentially injured me severely. So heads up to anyone purchasing a jacket from Eddie Bauer I was informed by a supervisor that their jackets are NOT to be worn outside near any type of fire as they will go up in flames!

The zipper on my Eddie Bauer parka, which I have worn no more than 20 times, keeps popping open at the slightest pressure. According to the manager at the Eddie Bauer Moncton store, this is normal for any zipper!!! And he further indicated that if you can zip it back up, then the zipper meets Eddie Bauer's quality assurances. No matter if it keeps popping open. As is, I cannot use the parka anymore. I have been a longstanding and frequent customer of Eddie Bauer. A good part of my wardrobe carries the Eddie Bauer brand name. Even though their stuff was pricey, it was good quality and backed up by their quality assurance policy. However, prices have staid up, quality has gone down, and their quality assurances policy is no longer worth the paper it’s written on. As things stand, I cannot see myself shopping at Eddie Bauer’s anymore.

Was just looking for some deals. An extra 50% off of clearance was good. Starting to switch to winter products. I will be back.
