Essential Health Massage Therapy

Had an amazing massage with Matthew, he was very professional, made me feel comfortable, and checked in throughout the treatment to make sure the pressure was good. He gave great advice on post-treament routine. Location is great steps from trainyards but tonnes of parking, and the office is spacious, clean and relaxing. 10/10 can't wait till my next treatment!

Matthew is phenomenal. Easily one or the best massage therapists in the city. He really cares about his patients and getting to the root of their pain. He is always able to offer helpful stretches and has a great memory for progress being made.Thanks for being so wonderful!

Matt Smith is fantastic. I've recommended him to several people-- they're just as happy as I am. Not only is he super professional and effective at therapeutic massage (my aches and pains are always improved after a visit), but he is also a genuinely interesting person to talk to. I've followed him from another massage clinic and I will absolutely continue to see him.

Today was my 3rd visit with Rae - she is amazing!! She's worked on problem areas I didn't even know I had. Always feel better after my session with her. The clinic itself is also very clean and inviting. I looooove the heated massage tables. Perfect for a chilly weather massage! I'm so glad my husband accidently found this place for me :)

I called the clinic to book an hour massage for my sciatic pain. To say Cindie was helpful and kind, is an understatement. Not only did she reassure me that the therapist she booked me with was top notch, she also spent time making me feel comfortable, heard, and cared for - and I haven't even had my first appointment. First contact with a new business is so important, it can really set the tone for how your whole experience goes, and Cindie was outstanding. I highly recommend this clinic already, because the voice you'll be welcomed with when you call with your concerns is already comforting. I will follow up with my obviously positive review after my appointment, but I felt it important to express how grateful I am after first contact. It makes a world of difference! Thank you Cindie!

This place is like a wellness retreat close to home! I go here for massages, psychotherapy, and most recently physio. Every therapist I’ve seen here has been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The clinic is always clean and serene, and the heated massage tables are a very nice touch. It’s also very nice to do therapy where I get massages because I feel instantly relaxed the second I walk in! :)

Always excellent, compassionate treatment here. Expert practitioners in different therapeutic treatments including for migraines, deep tissue, etc.

Solid spot, ideally placed in a central spot, right besides and outside the train works. All licensed, easily found on the two claim apps we use. With a good reservation system available online to ensure no wait time upon arrival.Not that I have this issue, but it does seem a little odd that a spot like this which offers physio requires a full stair climb to access, as if you were in fact requiring physio in a way in which your ability to negotiate a staircase was affected, this place would not be practical due to the lack of elevator.Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, practical and functional, I've never had a significant wait either. -no frills, practical place.
