Hello my dear the Owner of Hyundai Blainville,I hope my message finds you well.Kindly, I am interested in one of the vehicles that you have in your company.I tried many times since 2 weeks to call and message the sales department from where I live in Ontario to buy the vehicle, but they said to me, we don’t sell cars to Ontario ….I really don’t understand why the company doesn’t do that?? in the meantime, I have checked with many other dealers in Quebec City and Montreal, all of them said no problem about selling cars to Ontario.Why a customer who likes a car and ready to buy it CASH full payment before taking the car form the company isn’t able to get it, and the problem is … living in Ontario !!!!!!!Is this fair !!!!

I went for an oil change and could not be happier. I received an appointment fast. When I arrived my car was instantly put into the garage. After about 35-40minutes I was on my way back home. No nonsense. I will be returning for oil changes and minor maintenance. When I called Blainville Ford the lady on the phone got frustrated with me while I was trying to speak French so she just hung up. I did not have that problem at Hyundai. Obviously will have to use Ford for specific services and repairs (ie recalls) but I will not go there for regular service. Thanks Hyundai from an English dude with an American truck!
