Due to the pipeline upgrade Fortis has made Lougheed Hwy into 1 lane each way from Bainbridge to Holdom Street.While drivers were already notified about this a while ago, then this morning they closed off Broadway Street which is a side street that runs parallel to Lougheed Hwy further restricting traffic flow.This has literally put a choke hold on access from Burnaby to Coquitlam especially in rush hour traffic. On top of that, once you get to West Coquitlam you are caught up in gridlock with the Coquitlam pipeline construction starting along the Broadway hill and running along Como Lake Road.The Fortis planners who felt restricting 3 significant thoroughways at the same time was the best strategy to deal with the pipeline construction, really need to reconsider whether this was an intelligent decision.All it takes is 1 accident in these areas to now cause traffic chaos.Sure their spokesperson will inform us they are doing everything they can to minimize any problems during this pipeline construction, so has the spokesperson personally experienced this gridlock themselves while driving home from work?Where is the logic in this Fortis?

Very poor service, I've already paid and I'm being charged a late fee because the bank's processing-cycle hasn't arrived, very unreasonable.

Signed for Equal Payment and they bill increase every month by $15 regardless.... the explanation given is that the house has a story and I HAVE TO PAY WHAT THE STATS SAY EVEN IF I USE LESS GAS.... what scam ... Canada can be tricky

Their employees have repeatedly entered our property and let our animals loose, stolen things from our property, and their support refuses to do anything about it.

I made an appointment to get a gas meter removed at a specific date, but they never did. Called them multiple times for the reason why but it does not seem like anyone knows the reason. The gas meter removal was then pushed back an extra two week. If I never called, I don't know whether or not they would ever remove it.
