I recently had an amazing dental care experience, thanks to Sandra, a worker at the clinic. Sandra's polite and enthusiastic approach made my visit exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. Her knowledge and ability to explain the procedures were impressive, and she genuinely cared about my well-being throughout. Sandra's organizational skills and positive attitude were also noteworthy. Zoom whitening with Alana was great. She explained everything she was doing in detail. She is pleasant and a pleasure to be around. The results are great. I definitely will recommend her and smilecrafters to my friends. Also the ladies at the front desk are very pleasant to deal with. Office is very clean. Love this place.

The best dentist experience I've ever had. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They were able to get me a last minute appointment on Christmas Eve and then were able to book me a follow on the following week because I had to travel soon. Dr Rami was very professional and assured me this was very routine for him and that I would be perfectly fine. Would highly recommend!

Very pleasant experience here at smile crafters in Ancaster. Alana is very kind and gentle and works well with me.She is very pleasant with her team and stays focused while performing her tasks.Great place and would never think I could enjoy the dentist chair.

I’ve been coming to this SmileCrafters for about 4 months now, and I’ve had an unbelievably comfortable experience each time! Dr. Sherri has been amazing at talking me through everything and ensuring I was comfortable with the process each time I went to see her. Couldn’t recommend coming here enough! I had my wisdom tooth extraction here. Dr. Rami and staffs were very kind, and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Had my extraction with just local anesthesia, went smooth and no pain during procedure, and healed pretty quickly too. Would recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a dentist.

My family and I have been going here for years. Professional staff and excellent services. Dr. Rami and his team are knowledgeable and experienced. We have done crowns, implants, wisdom teeth extraction, and cleaning and have had no problems. We definitely recommend!

This is a business not your standalone dentist office. They charge the maximum to your insurance and call incessantly about treatments they have recommended. The treatment for implants is double for the quotes I got from others. They have a large overhead and a lot of employees. The care is excellent but not worth the outrageous charges. It’s a corporation.
