Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge, Premier Collection

Amazing place!! Started off amazing with great front desk staff ! I brought my dog for the stay they were very accommodating with pets even gave her a bag of Treats upon arrival.I went to turn on the TV and we couldn't find the remote in the room so the next morning I let the cleaning ladies know They brought me a remote and this nice little basket as an apology .I can't wait to come back I will definitely be booking a room again.

These people discriminated against me while I was here. Making me out like my money was no good just because I'm black. Never coming back here again.

Rooms were great, the housekeeping was awesome, the admin tried to scam us.. They set us up in a pet friendly room then fined us for taking a pet Into a non-pet friendly room. So just watch your billing

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. THEY DEMAND THAT YOU LEAVE A CREDIT CARD, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PREPAID, THEN PUT THRU FRAUDULENT CHARGES. CORPORATE OFFICE WAS OF NO ASSISTANCE. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Absolutely beautiful. I'm so happy I chose to stay here. It was an incredibly comfortable and clean room. 10/10

Horrible reservation and check in service. I booked a room for my son weeks in advance paid for on my credit card. They kept him waiting over an hour. I had to electronically submit another for repeating all of my credit card information and the form would not work properly. Very poor service. Unnecessarily frustrating

I attended a two day conference at the Prestige (40-50 people). Very impressed with the event staff who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Any hiccups with the A/V set up were quickly solved by staff and they genuinely cared that the event was successful. I was appreciative of the breakfast/lunch diner and the pub conveniently located within the hotel. I hope to come back for future meetings.

Pretty seamless experience and very accommodating. Check in process was super easy. They called ahead of my reservation to confirm. They helped me adjust the room type since the availability online wasn’t there. I also did the ski and board package for the local ski mountain. Room was simple and bathroom was clean!! Beds were also comfortable! This isn’t meant to be a luxury five star resort - it’s a local hotel in Smithers BC and it completely met my expectations! If I came through town again I’d definitely stay again

Depending on if you're booking with dogs or not, the rooms are great. The room I always get when I bring my dog can be noisy from the back door opening and closing. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I'll always stay here in Smithers!
